You are your consciousness. If you are not conscious, you do no exist.
Rather, You Does not exist. When you’re in a Coma, or when you’re asleep, your physical body is here, alive, but you are not.

Consciousness is the observer of intellect, emotion, and physical body. Any interaction you make during a day will be done using intellect or emotion. You interact to the external world and its events using intellect or emotion. Physical body is the wrapper and the tool for implementing intellect and emotion.

Intellect is pure logic, analytics, algebra.
Emotion is pure flavors, colors, feelings.

Both are intrinsic to you, they come in a raw format. They can, and ideally should, be trained to become stronger both in endurance and skills.

When facing a situation in life, one should be able to decide what and when to use intellect and emotion. Ideally, it is preferred to use intellect in all situations. This allows to consider as many dimensions as possible, analyze the interconnections and implications, and derive and execute actions efficiently.

Emotions allow to enjoy situations, and to also differentiate between them. They can be clustered into positive and negative emotions based on how one feels when being in a specific emotional state.

The more you can keep using intellect, the more answers you derive, the faster and more efficient you are in navigating situations and coming up with actions.
Ability to use intellect with minimum switch to emotion is the definition of Focus, concentration.

Neither emotion nor intellect are absolute. They are both temporary and situational. They are tools to navigate existence. They do not define existence or oneself. Oneself is the observer and controller of both. Use of intellect or emotion shapes existence. Strength is mastery and ability to decide which tool to use at each situation. Well-being of oneself is taking care of and training intellect, emotion, and physical body.
